DMCA Policy / Copyright Takedown
dramas.icu respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and visitors to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we have adopted the following policy concerning copyright infringement.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on dramas.icu, please notify our Designated Agent. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notification must be a written communication that includes the following:
Required Elements of a DMCA Takedown Notice:
- Physical or Electronic Signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on or that was linked through dramas.icu was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Required Elements of a Counter-Notification:
- Physical or Electronic Signature of the subscriber.
- Identification of the Material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- Statement Under Penalty of Perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your Name, Address, and Telephone Number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) or an agent of such person.

4. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate the accounts or access privileges of users who are repeat infringers of copyright, where applicable. Because dramas.icu does not require user accounts, "repeat infringer" in our context refers to parties who repeatedly submit infringing content or links through any interactive channels we may operate.
5. Disclaimer
dramas.icu hosts editorial descriptions, ratings, and promotional thumbnails of short dramas. We do not host full video content. Our use of posters, titles, and descriptions is intended for informational and promotional purposes. If you are a rights holder and believe any material on our site exceeds fair use or promotional permissions, please contact us using the process above.
